Zorcha

Ask your audience questions on one page with a short link: what forms can collect, where answers go, and where to start.

Introducing Forms

Collect leads and answers with a Zorcha form: build it, share it, and route every submission into DMs, Sheets or your own tools.

Forms

Build a Zorcha form, add your questions, preview it and publish it to get a short link you can share.

Create and publish a form

One example account, one form: nine questions, Email Verification, a comment-to-DM link and a Flow Builder condition that turned 122 applications into a shortlist in an afternoon.

Customise your form: cover, title, description and button

What each form field type collects, when to use it, and the settings that come with Dropdown, Checkbox, Rating and Upload.

Choose the right field type

Make answers required, see which checks your form runs, and name each answer with a field slug for exports and automations.

Build your form

Copy your form's link from the Summary tab and put it in your Link in Bio, your Stories or an Instagram DM.

Share your form link

Show the standard thank-you screen, or send people to your WhatsApp, booking page or product after they submit a form.

Choose what people see after they submit

Send your form link as a DM button, then act on the answers with a separate Submits a Form flow.

Share a form from an Instagram automation

Share and collect

Pick where each form submission goes next: a Google Sheet, your CRM, a different path by answer, or a delay.

Choose what happens after a form is submitted

Start a Flow Builder automation on every form submission, route it by answer, and pass answers to your tools.

Use Form Submit as a Flow Builder trigger

After submission

See every answer to your form, open a single submission, and download them all as a CSV file.

View and export submissions

This prototype demo is aware that you are reading “{title}”. It can point you back to the current article, but a production article-aware Fin contract is still follow-up work.

Prototype article-aware answer

Because you already asked about invitations, this prototype demo can add the follow-up: use the role selector before sending each invite to limit access to the teammate responsibilities.

Prototype role-limiting follow-up

This prototype demo suggests starting with your workspace profile, inviting the team members who need access, and then connecting the integrations you use.

Prototype getting-started answer

In this prototype demo, integrations are configured from workspace settings. Choose the integration, connect the account, and review the enabled permissions.

Prototype integrations answer

In this prototype demo, invite teammates from workspace settings, then choose the access each teammate needs before sending the invitation.

Prototype invite-team answer

This prototype demo does not have a scripted answer for that question yet. Try asking how to invite your team or open a source article. No production Fin API was called.
