Someone fills in your form from your bio link or a DM. Where do their answers go, and will that person show up in your contacts?
The short answer
Form answers stay with the form. Every submission is saved on that form's Submissions tab. It isn't added to your contacts, so it won't appear in Audience.
Where each submission is saved
Each time someone submits your form, Zorcha saves one submission with:
their answers, each saved under the field's Form field slug (for example
cityorwhatsapp_number)the date and time they submitted
whether they confirmed their email address with a code, if your form asks for one
To see them, go to Forms, open the form and click the Submissions tab. From there you can open any submission or export them all as a CSV file. See View and export submissions.
A form link doesn't tell Zorcha who opened it, so a submission isn't linked to an Instagram account, even when you sent the link in a DM.
Why form answers aren't in your contacts
Audience is built from your contacts. Submitting a form doesn't create a contact or update an existing one, so a new email address or phone number from a form won't appear there, and you can't filter contacts by form answers.
Audience does have a Submitted a form filter, but because submissions from your form link aren't tied to a contact, it won't find the people who filled in your form.
Get your answers where you need them
A spreadsheet file: on the form's Submissions tab, click Export List to download every submission. See View and export submissions.
A Google Sheet that fills itself: build a Flow Builder automation that starts with Submits a Form and add an Add row to Google Sheets step. Each new submission adds a row, with a column for each question. See Use Form Submit as a Flow Builder trigger and Add rows to Google Sheets from Flow Builder.
Details saved on the contact: if you need someone's email address or phone number on their contact, ask for it in the Instagram DM rather than on a form. Use Collect Email DM in an instant automation, or Collect Info in Flow Builder.
Hear about new submissions
Zorcha doesn't email or notify you when someone submits a form. Check the form's Submissions tab, or send every submission to a Google Sheet (above) so your team works from one list.
