Share your form link

Copy your form's link from the Summary tab and put it in your Link in Bio, your Stories or an Instagram DM.

Your form is live. Now it needs to be where people already find you: your bio, your Stories, and the DMs you send when someone comments.

Copy your form link

Every form gets its own short link the first time you publish it, like zorcha.com/f/1a2b3c4d.

  1. Open Forms and click your form.

  2. Click the Summary tab.

  3. Under Share Form, click Copy. You'll see Copied to clipboard.

The Summary tab holds only this link. To read answers and see how many people responded, open the Submissions tab.

A form gets its link when you first click Publish, so a draft has nothing to copy yet. For the publishing steps, see Create a form and view submissions.

Keep sharing the same link after you edit

The link doesn't change when you edit the form, so links already in your bio or DMs keep working. Your edits reach people after you click Update in the top bar.

Know what people get when they open it

Anyone with the link can open and submit the form. They don't need a Zorcha account, and they don't need to follow you.

When you paste the link into an app that shows link previews, such as WhatsApp, the preview uses your form's name and its cover image.

Add it to your Link in Bio

Link in Bio doesn't have a form block, so add the form as a button.

  1. Open Link in Bio and click Add Block.

  2. Under Links, choose Button.

  3. Enter a Title, for example "Apply for the October workshop", and paste the form link into Link.

  4. Click Publish, or Update if your page is already live.

Add it to a Story

Add Instagram's link sticker to your Story and paste the form link. It works well for a launch or a last-seats reminder.

Send it in an Instagram DM

When someone comments a keyword or replies to your Story, a DM automation can send them the form link on a button. Follow Share a form from an Instagram automation for the setup.

Test the link before you post it

Open the link on your phone and send one test answer. Check that it shows up in the Submissions tab. Test answers stay in your list, because submissions can't be deleted yet.
