Someone comments to ask about a consultation. You can send them a form to collect their requirements, then use the completed submission for your next step. Sending the invitation and handling the answer are two different parts of that journey.
Prepare the form link
Create and publish your form, then open its public link on your phone. Make sure people can reach the form without signing in to your Zorcha workspace.
Ask only for what you need for the enquiry. For a consultation, that might be an email address and a short description of what the person needs help with.
Send the invitation
In your Instagram automation, write a short DM explaining why you're asking for the details. For example: Tell us a little about what you need, and we'll review your enquiry.
Add the published form URL as a link button with a clear label, such as Tell us what you need. For the message and link controls, follow the existing DM-block guide.
Opening the link isn't the same as submitting the form. Don't treat a link click as a completed enquiry.
Handle the completed submission
When you need an action after the person submits, use a separate Form Submit flow for that form. For example, add the available details to Google Sheets for your team to review.
To send the details to another service, use the form-to-webhook guide. A form submission on its own doesn't give permission to send Instagram DMs.
Check both parts before sharing
Test the invitation link, submit a sample response, and check that the answer appears on the form. If you added a submission flow, also check its destination. A working DM link confirms only the invitation, not the rest of the journey.
