Sell 1:1 sessions with Bookings

Create a booking product, set your hours and buffers, choose free or paid, and see who booked which time.

People DM you "can we get on a call?" and then you trade messages until a time works. With Bookings, you share one link instead. Buyers pick an open time from your hours, answer your questions, book for free or pay, and see their session time straight away.

Before you start

  • Bookings is a product type in Products, next to Digital Product. It works in Instagram workspaces and in workspaces without Instagram.

  • For a paid booking, set up payouts first: Set up and verify your payout account. A free booking needs no payout details.

  • Your bookings share one set of hours, so set them up once in Availability (Step 4).

Step 1: Open Products

New to Zorcha? Sign up at zorcha.com. To sell without connecting Instagram, follow Start selling digital products on Zorcha — no Instagram login needed. You sign in with your email and land on Products.

In an Instagram workspace, click Products in the left menu. If you don't see Products, contact support to check whether it's turned on for your workspace.

In a workspace without Instagram, Products has its own section in the left menu, with Payouts and Billing under it.

The first time you open Products, Zorcha asks you to claim your store link and pick a theme: Claim your store link and pick a theme. After that, you see your product list.

Step 2: Create a booking product

  1. On Products, click New Product.

  2. Under Name your Product, type a name, such as 1:1 Career Strategy Call.

  3. Click Booking (Conduct 1:1 video sessions).

  4. Click Create Product.

New Product with 1:1 Career Strategy Call typed under Name your Product and Booking selected

The editor opens on the Booking tab. A booking has no Files tab, because the buyer gets a session, not a download. Your edits save automatically.

Step 3: Describe the session and set the price

On the Booking tab:

  • Under Media, add a cover image or video.

  • Under Details, check the Booking Name and write a Description of what happens in the session.

  • Under Duration, pick 15m, 30m, 45m, 60m, 75m or 90m. For a longer session, open Others and pick from 2 hr to 24 hr, in 30-minute steps.

  • Under Highlights, add what the buyer gets, then use Add Highlight for more.

  • Under Pricing, choose Free or Paid. For Paid, enter the price in whole rupees, such as 499.

Paid bookings need payouts. The first time you click Paid, Zorcha shows Set up payouts. Click Go to payouts and follow Set up and verify your payout account. Pricing works the same way as for any product: Price your product: free or paid.

Step 4: Set your availability

Every booking product uses one of your schedules. A new booking uses Default.

To open your schedules:

  • In a workspace without Instagram, click Availability in the left menu, under Products.

  • In an Instagram workspace, go to Settings > Availability.

  • From any booking, open its Settings tab and, under Availability, click Settings in You can create and manage schedules in Settings.

On Availability:

  1. Check the timezone at the top right of Schedule. It starts as your own timezone.

  2. Turn each day on or off. A new schedule is open 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Change the times, click the + button to add a second time range on the same day (to leave a lunch break, for example), or use the copy button to copy a day's hours to other days.

  3. Set the rules in the sentence under the days. Click a value to change it.

  • Users can book up to 60 days ahead: how far ahead buyers can book, from 7 to 365 days.

  • with 4 hours notice: the least time between booking and the session, from no notice up to 2 days.

  • Take up to unlimited sessions a day: a daily limit on this schedule, from 1 to 20 sessions.

  • with no break between sessions: free time kept before and after every booking, from 5 minutes to 2 hours.

Changes save automatically.

Availability with the Google Calendar card, the Default schedule's weekly hours and the booking rules sentence

Buyers see start times every 30 minutes inside your hours, and the whole session has to fit before your hours end. With 9:00am to 5:00pm and a 45-minute session, the last start time is 4:00pm. A booked time disappears for everyone, together with the break around it. All your booking products share your time, so a booking on one product blocks that time on the others too.

Use different hours for different sessions

Click New Schedule, type a Schedule name, such as Weekend mornings, and click Create Schedule. Set its days, timezone and rules the same way. The name can't be changed later, and you can have up to 20 schedules.

Then open the booking's Settings tab and pick the schedule under Availability > Schedule.

Availability with two schedule tabs, Default and Weekend mornings, with Weekend mornings open on Saturday and Sunday

To change which schedule is the default, open it and click Set as default. Delete removes a schedule, and any booking that used it switches to the default. The default schedule can't be deleted.

Connect Google Calendar (optional)

Click Connect next to Google Calendar and allow both calendar permissions. Busy times on your Google Calendar are then closed for booking. Each new booking is added to your calendar with a Google Meet link, and the buyer gets the invite.

Step 5: Choose the booking settings

Open the Settings tab.

  • Availability > Schedule: the schedule this booking uses.

  • Details > Call to action: what the booking button says. Pick Book Now, Book Session, Schedule Call or Custom and type your own, such as Reserve my spot.

  • Publicly show the number of sessions: shows on your page how many sessions have been booked.

  • Checkout Experience > Time slots: Time of day groups open times under Morning, Afternoon and Evening. Simple grid shows them all in one block.

  • Collect customer phone number: on by default. Paid bookings always ask for a mobile number.

  • Specify a refund policy for this product: works as for other products, see Product settings.

  • Collect additional information: questions buyers answer before they book. Tap a suggestion (Your name, Instagram or How did you find us?), or click Add question and pick Short answer, Paragraph, Single choice, Multiple choice, Yes/No or Date. Turn on Required if the buyer must answer. Copy from product reuses another product's questions. You can ask up to 10.

Step 6: Preview and publish

Click Preview to check the page, then click Publish. If something needs fixing, such as an empty question or an invalid price, Zorcha opens the tab and tells you what to change.

Edits you make after publishing go live when you click Update. The arrow next to Update has Discard changes and Unpublish. For more on publishing, see Create and publish a digital product.

Copy your booking's link from the top of the Booking tab and share it: Share your product: copy link, Link in Bio, Instagram DM automations.

What your buyer sees

  1. On your booking page, they tap your booking button, such as Book Now.

  2. Under Select a slot, they pick a date, then a time. Times show in the buyer's own timezone.

  3. Under Your details, they enter their email and, unless you turned it off, their mobile number. Then they answer your questions.

  4. For a free booking, they tap Book for free. For a paid one, they add their billing address, choose UPI or card and tap Pay, the same checkout as other paid products: How buyers pay: checkout, UPI and cards.

Checkout for a free 45-minute booking, with 10:00 AM picked under Select a slot, Your details, an Instagram question and Book for free

If someone takes the same time first, the buyer sees That time was just booked. Pick another slot.

Next, the buyer lands on You're booked, with the session name, length, date and time in their timezone, and a Book another time link. If you've connected Google Calendar, the page also has Join the session with the Meet link. Zorcha emails the buyer a receipt (or, for a free booking, an access email) with a button that opens this page again.

You're booked page for a 30-minute paid booking on Mon, Nov 2, 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM, Calcutta time, with Book another time

The same buyer can book again. Each booking is a separate order.

Step 7: See who booked and when

Open the booking product. The Overview tab ends with All Sales. Click Details on an order to see the Session date and time, in your schedule's timezone, followed by the buyer's answers. Purchased is the day they booked, not the session date.

All Sales with Details open, showing Session Mon, Nov 2, 2026, 11:30 AM to 12:15 PM (Asia/Calcutta) and the buyer's Instagram answer

If a buyer's payment went through just after someone else took that time, the Session line ends with Clashes with another booking. The buyer sees Needs rescheduling and a note that you'll get in touch. Email them to agree a new time, or contact support if they need a refund.

Limits and differences

  • Session length and hours: a time is offered only when the whole session fits inside one of your time ranges. A 2-hour session needs a range of at least 2 hours, so check your hours after picking a long duration.

  • Duration: 15 to 90 minutes, or 2 to 24 hours in 30-minute steps.

  • Start times: every 30 minutes. You can't change the step.

  • Schedules and questions: up to 20 schedules, and up to 10 questions per booking.

  • No cancel or reschedule button yet, for you or the buyer. To move a session, agree a new time with the buyer by email.
