Have a planner, guide, or template ready to share? A digital product gives you a page for the offer and a place to attach the files people should receive. You can make it free or set a price.
Create the product
This guide covers downloadable Digital Products in workspaces where Products is enabled.
Open Products and select New Product.
Enter a clear name, such as Weekly Planner.
Select Digital Product, then Create Product.
Choose the type for the product you're actually making. This walkthrough doesn't cover courses or other product types.
Explain the offer and attach the files
Add the description and product media in the editor. Tell people what they'll receive and any software or format they need to use it.
Under Files, upload the downloadable files and check their titles. Wait for uploads to complete. A cover image describes the offer; it doesn't replace the file the customer needs to download.
For a planner, for example, explain whether it's a printable PDF or an editable template and attach the matching file.
Set the price and review the page
Choose Free or Paid in the pricing controls. For a paid product, check both the amount and currency. Review the available Design and Settings options, then use Preview to inspect the customer-facing page.
For paid sales, also check your payout account setup.
Publish and check the customer journey
Resolve any validation messages, then publish the product. Open the public page and check its title, description, price, and purchase or download action.
Before promoting it, verify that a customer can reach the intended file through the appropriate checkout or download journey. A correct editor preview alone doesn't confirm payment or file delivery.
