Create and publish a digital product

Prepare a downloadable product with its files, price, and customer-facing page.

You have the guide people keep asking for. Here's how to turn it into a product page on your store link, free or paid, and get it live. If you haven't opened Products before, you'll claim your store link first (see the guide Claim your store link and pick a theme).

Create the product

  1. Open Products and click New Product.

  2. Under Name your Product, type a name, such as Barista Starters.

  3. Keep Digital Product selected and click Create Product.

Course, Bundle and Coffee appear in the picker but can't be selected yet. The editor opens on the Product tab.

Fill in the Product tab

  1. Under Media, click Select an image or video to add a cover.

  2. Under Details, check the Product Name and write a Description that says what the buyer gets and in what format.

  3. Add a benefit in Highlights, then use Add Highlight for more.

  4. Turn on FAQs and click Add FAQ for questions you usually answer in DMs.

For Barista Starters, a highlight might read "Dial in your first espresso shot", with an FAQ like "Do I need an espresso machine?". Your edits save automatically as you type.

Set the price

Under Pricing, choose Free or Paid. For Paid, enter the price; rupee prices are whole numbers.

Paid products need an active payout account. If yours isn't active yet, you'll see Set up payouts; click Go to payouts and follow Set up and verify your payout account.

Upload the files

  1. Open the Files tab.

  2. Click Choose files or drag here and pick one or more files.

  3. Give each file a title in Add title and drag the rows into the order you want.

You can't publish until at least one file has uploaded.

Preview and publish

  1. Click Preview to open the page with your latest edits in a new tab.

  2. Click Publish.

If something is missing, Zorcha opens the tab that needs it, marks it with a red dot and tells you what to fix, for example Add at least one file before publishing this product. After your first publish, the editor switches to the Overview tab.

Edits you make after that are saved but not live until you click Update. The arrow next to Update holds Discard changes and Unpublish.

Share the link

In the editor, the Product link card shows your page address with a copy button. In Products, the product shows Live under Status, and its row menu has Copy Link and View Product. Share it anywhere you post links, such as your Instagram bio, Stories or DMs.
