A product can be live without having any sales yet. The Products page puts its revenue, buyer count, and publication status together, but each tells you something different.
Find the product you want to review
Open Products in the workspace where the product was created. Find its name in the list and check the figures on that product's row.
Products is available in workspaces where the feature is enabled. If you don't see it, ask support about availability for your workspace.
Read each figure separately
Revenue is the revenue value reported for the product.
Buyers is the recorded buyer count.
Live is a publication status, not confirmation of a purchase.
Last Published tells you when the product was published, not when it last sold.
For a closer look, open the product's Overview. Check the selected reporting period before comparing its figures with another view.
Don't use revenue as a payout receipt
Sales reporting and bank settlement answer different questions. A revenue figure doesn't confirm that the same amount has reached your bank account.
For beneficiary, bank, or verification details, see Set up and verify your payout account. For a particular missing payment or transfer, ask support to check its reference.
Investigate a number that looks wrong
Note the product, workspace, reporting period, and the specific transaction you expected to see. Compare the payment record before treating a dashboard mismatch as a failed charge.
Send those details to support without exposing a buyer's private information in a public screenshot.
