Reviews help visitors understand what buyers thought of your product. Turn them on to show the rating and review form on your product page.
Turn reviews on
Go to Products and open your product.
On the Product tab, find Reviews and switch it on. It's on by default for new products.
When reviews are enabled, the editor shows Review collection is now active! Switching reviews off hides the review section, rating and review form on your product page.
Where buyers leave a review
Buyers can review in two places:
On your product page. The Reviews section has a Write a Review button.
In their zorcha.link account. Under Recent Purchases, each product shows Liked it? Give it a rating with five stars to tap.
The form asks them to Rate your experience, Add a headline, Write a review, and give Your name and Your email address. Their name appears with the review; their email is never shown publicly. Each email can review a product once.
Anyone who opens the product page can submit a review. A Verified Buyer badge means the review email matches a completed order; it does not mean every review came from a buyer.
What shows on your page
Reviews go live as soon as they're submitted. Your page then shows:
Stars and a count, such as 3 Reviews, above the product name.
The Reviews section with the average rating, such as 4.7, and every review.
The average rating on this product's card wherever you use it as an upsell.
For example, if three people rate Barista Starters 5, 5 and 4, visitors see 4.7 stars before they tap I want this!.
You can't approve, hide or delete a review from the dashboard yet.
Read your reviews
In the Reviews section of the editor, click the row ending in View 3 reviews (it shows your own count).
The Reviews window lists each review with its stars, date, headline, text, name and Verified Buyer badge where it applies.
