Upload the files your buyers get

Add, name, order and remove the files on your product's Files tab, and see exactly what buyers can download.

Someone buys your 4-Week Meal Plan. What they walk away with is whatever sits on the Files tab: the recipe PDF, the grocery list, maybe a short welcome video.

Open the Files tab

  1. Go to Products and open your product.

  2. Click the Files tab.

Add your files

  1. Click Choose files or drag here and pick one or more files. You can also drag files from your computer straight onto the tab.

  2. Each file appears in the list as soon as you add it. If an upload fails, the row disappears and an error message pops up.

You can upload PDFs, videos, audio, images and ZIP files. PDFs use a red PDF icon; other formats use the general file icon. Wait for each upload to finish before publishing.

Name and arrange them

  1. Click Add title on a row and type the name buyers should see, such as "Week 1 Meal Plan". The original file name stays underneath in grey.

  2. Drag a row up or down to change the order.

  3. Click the bin icon on a row to remove that file.

If you leave the title blank, buyers see the file name instead.

Know what buyers receive

Every buyer gets every file in the product. After they pay, or claim a free product, they land on your product page with a Thank you heading that lists each file with its own download button, plus a Download all button showing the total size. With one file, the button just says Download.

They can come back to the same files later from Recent Purchases in their zorcha.link account.

Use the Files tab to check the file titles and order. The editor preview can show the download view while you work on this tab; it does not represent a completed customer purchase.

Publish or update

You need at least one uploaded file before you can publish. If you try without one, Zorcha sends you back here with "Add at least one file before publishing this product."

On a live product, click Update after changing files.
