Suggest a related product while someone is browsing. For example, your free starter guide can introduce a paid collection of downloadable lessons.
Upsells put your other products at the bottom of a product page, so one download can lead to the next.
Turn on upsells
Go to Products and open the product you want to add upsells to.
Stay on the Product tab and scroll to Upsell Products.
Switch it on. While it's off, the section shows Hidden.
Add a product
Click Add Product.
In the Add Product window, select the product you want to suggest.
Click Add Product to confirm.
Repeat for each product you want to show. The list only includes your published products, never the one you're editing, and each product can be added once. If you see No published products, publish another product first.
For example, a free espresso guide can suggest a paid Latte Art Masterclass download, as shown in the screenshots. The buyer opens the suggested product and checks out separately.
Reorder or remove upsells
Drag the dots handle on a product to change its position. Your page shows upsells in this order.
Click the bin icon to remove one.
Switching Upsell Products off clears the list, so you'll pick your products again if you turn it back on.
See it on your product page
Upsells appear at the end of your product page, after reviews and FAQs, under Next steps.... Each card shows the first image, product name, price or Free, and a rating when reviews are available. Tapping a card opens that product page.
If you unpublish a product you added as an upsell, its card disappears from the page until you publish it again.
Next, make sure every product you suggest is ready to sell: see Create and publish a digital product.
