You posted a reel about your recipe ebook on Monday. By Friday you want to know if this week beat last week. The product's Overview tab answers that.
Open the Overview tab
Open Products and click your product.
Select Overview, the first tab.
The tab appears once you've published the product for the first time, and your first publish takes you straight to it. On your phone you'll find it next to Product.
Choose a date range
Click the date pill at the top. It starts on Last 14 days.
Pick Last 7 days, Last 14 days, Last 30 days or Last 90 days.
Every range ends today. There's no custom range here; Custom lives in the comparison menu.
Compare with another period
The second pill sets what your numbers are measured against:
Previous Period: the same number of days just before your range. This is the default.
Previous Year: the same dates last year.
Previous Year (match day of the week): last year, shifted so Mondays line up with Mondays.
Custom: opens a calendar so you pick any start and end date.
No Comparison: turns comparisons off.
Read Gross Revenue and Sales
Gross Revenue is what buyers paid for this product in the range. Orders refunded later still count. Sales is the number of completed orders.
The percentage change compares the selected range with your comparison period. An upward green arrow indicates an increase. A dash means no percentage comparison is available, for example when comparison is turned off.
For the ebook: 12 sales this week against 8 last week shows Sales 12 with a green 50%.
Read Revenue over time
Revenue over time plots each day's revenue. With a comparison on, a dashed line shows the earlier period. Hover to see both amounts for a day. An empty range shows No revenue in this period.
Find a specific order
All Sales at the bottom lists every order for this product, newest first, whatever range you picked. Search by order number, email or name, and check each order's Paid, Refunded or Partially refunded status. It appears after your first sale.
