Barista Studio is a home-espresso coach on Instagram. In six weeks the store made ₹46,460 in sales from three downloads, and ₹43,672 of it has already landed in the bank. Here is exactly how, with the real numbers from the dashboard.
Barista Studio is the example store we run on Zorcha to show how Digital Products behaves with a full month of data. The products, buyers and amounts are illustrative, but every screen below is the actual product.
What they sell
Three products, all built in the product editor in one afternoon:
The Espresso Dial-In Cheat Sheet, a one-page PDF, free. This is the lead magnet: 44 downloads, and every download leaves an email and a phone number.
Latte Art Masterclass, ₹999. Seven short lessons plus a printable workbook. 27 buyers, ₹27K in revenue.
Home Barista Starter Bundle, ₹1,499. Three PDF guides. 13 buyers, ₹19.5K. The bundle page shows the Masterclass under Next steps... as an upsell.
Where the buyers came from
Nothing here needed ads. The store link sits in the Instagram bio, a DM automation replies to "cheat sheet" comments with the free product link, and a Story every few days points at the Masterclass with a tagged link.
The Masterclass Overview for the last 14 days tells the story: 571 visits, 31 people reached checkout, 11 bought. That is a 1.93% purchase rate, up 38% on the two weeks before.
By source, in the same two weeks:
Instagram Bio: 217 visits. The always-on link.
Dm: 153 visits. The automation replying to comments.
Story: 79 visits. Spiky, but the best converter on days a Story went out.
Direct: 69 visits. Buyers coming back to a saved link.
Three quarters of visitors were in Maharashtra, Karnataka and Delhi, which is roughly where the coach's followers are.
What buyers said
Reviews were switched on from day one. The Masterclass sits at 4.7 stars from 7 verified buyers, and the reviews do a lot of the selling on the page itself.
What actually reached the bank
Sales settle weekly. Settings > Payouts shows six transfers since 24 August, the latest for ₹12,209.66 on 28 September, ₹43,672.40 in total. Each transfer opens into a statement listing every order in it and the deductions between what the buyer paid and what was sent.
The three decisions that mattered
A free product first. The cheat sheet brought in 44 contacts who now see the paid products in their download page and in the bio.
One tagged link per channel. Bio, DM and Story each carry their own `utm_source`, so the Overview shows which one to feed.
An upsell on the cheaper product. The bundle page points at the Masterclass, so a ₹1,499 buyer sees the ₹999 course without another DM.
