Use Form Submit as a Flow Builder trigger

Run routing or external actions after a Zorcha form is submitted.

After someone fills in your Zorcha form, you can send the available submission details to a sheet or external service. Form Submit starts that workflow; sharing a form link in a DM is a different step.

Select the form

  1. Create and publish the form in the same workspace as the automation.

  2. Create a Flow Builder automation and choose Submits a Form.

  3. Select the intended form in the trigger settings.

  4. Choose the next action, configure it, and run Validate.

For an enquiry form, the next step could record the details in a spreadsheet your team uses to review leads.

Choose a supported next step

This trigger supports Condition, Randomize, Smart Delay, Send HTTP Request, and Add row to Google Sheets.

It doesn't offer Send a DM or Meta conversion events. A form submission doesn't itself give permission to message someone on Instagram.

Verify a submission reaches its destination

When you're ready, activate the automation and submit the published form with controlled test details. Check the form submission, then inspect the connected action's result separately. Recheck field selections after changing the form.

Continue with Google Sheets for a shared lead list or the form-to-webhook guide for a compatible external system.
