Add rows to Google Sheets from Flow Builder

Choose a spreadsheet and append lead data with the Google Sheets action.

Keep new lead details in a sheet your team can review. Add row to Google Sheets appends available contact or form data as a new row, without replacing the lead rows already there.

Choose where the rows should go

  1. Add Add row to Google Sheets on a supported flow path.

  2. Connect a Google account with access to the destination spreadsheet.

  3. Choose the Spreadsheet, then its Sheet / tab.

  4. Review the automatic columns: Submitted at, Instagram username, Name, Email, Phone, Collected answers, and Zorcha Delivery ID.

  5. Save the draft before using the test control.

There isn't a manual column-mapping step here. The action uses the available data; a missing email won't become a populated email simply because the column exists.

Spreadsheet and tab selectors, automatic lead columns, and test requirements

Test with data you can safely write

Choose a test contact and destination you control. The Sheets test writes a real row using that contact's available data. It doesn't run the remaining flow or send Instagram messages.

Open the selected tab and check the new row before testing again. If the result is unclear, inspect the sheet first so you don't create unnecessary duplicate test rows.

If the row is missing or incomplete

Check the Google connection, spreadsheet, and tab. For missing values, inspect the data available before the Sheets action. If collecting a detail is required, put that collection before this step. Form-answer columns use stable field IDs, so recheck your destination after form changes.

For a DM lead journey, start with Collect Info. For submitted forms, use Form Submit.
