Need a few details before you can help someone? A Zorcha form lets you ask for those answers in one place, whether you're taking consultation enquiries, collecting feedback, or accepting applications.
Create the form
Open Forms and click New Form.
Add a title that explains the purpose, such as Consultation enquiry.
Write a short description telling people what you need and what happens next. Add a cover image if it helps explain the form.
Click Add a Field and choose the type of answer you need.
Use Email for an email address, Dropdown for a choice from a list, or Upload when someone needs to attach a file. Give each field a clear title and complete its options.
Turn on Required only for answers you need before accepting the submission. For a consultation, you might require an email and a short description while leaving extra background optional.
Preview and publish
Use Preview to check the questions in order. Look for unclear labels, missing dropdown choices, and fields that ask for the same information twice.
When the form is ready, click Publish. Open the public link on your phone and submit a sample response before sending it to your audience.
Review the answers
Return to Forms and find your form. The list shows its submission count and publication status. Open the form and its submission view to review the answers.
If you change fields later, recheck the published form and any automation that uses those answers. Renaming or replacing fields can affect how you compare submissions and map their data.
Connect the next step
To invite someone through Instagram, see Share a form from an Instagram automation. To run an action after the form is completed, follow Use Form Submit as a trigger.
