Customise your form: cover, title, description and button

Add your own cover image, write a clear title and description, and change the button text on your Zorcha form.

Your form link goes out in a DM right after someone comments on your Reel. If it opens on a random stock photo with a plain Submit button, it looks like someone else's form. A cover, a clear title and a button that says what happens next make it feel like yours.

Add your cover image

New forms start with a stock cover photo, so swap it for your own.

  1. Go to Forms, open your form and stay on the Editor tab.

  2. Click Change on the cover and pick an image from your computer.

  3. To go without a cover, click the bin icon on it. Click Add Cover to add one back later.

  4. Click Publish, or Update on a live form. Your new cover uploads at this point.

The cover shows as a wide, short strip across the top of the form, trimmed to fill the space. Use a landscape image with the important part in the middle, such as a photo of your workshop table rather than a poster with text at the edges.

Covers can be JPG, PNG, WebP or HEIC, up to 10 MB. A GIF looks fine in the editor but stops Publish with "Cover image upload failed", so save it as a JPG first.

Your cover is also the picture people see when your form link shows a preview in a chat or post, trimmed to a 16:9 landscape.

Write the title and description

  1. Click Add title and type your form's name. For example: Latte Art Workshop, October batch.

  2. Click Add short description and tell people what they're signing up for and what happens after. For example: "40 seats, Saturdays and Sundays in October. We'll confirm your seat on WhatsApp within two days."

Both boxes have an emoji button. Your form needs a title before it can be published; the description is optional, and line breaks you add are kept on the form.

The title also shows in your Forms list, in the browser tab, in link previews and in the thank-you message: "Your response to Latte Art Workshop, October batch has been received."

Change the button text

  1. Click the Submit button at the bottom of the form in the editor. The Form Button panel opens on the right.

  2. Type your text in Button title. For example: Apply for a seat ☕.

  3. Click Publish or Update.

If you leave Button title empty, the button says Submit.

In Preview, the button always reads "Preview Mode - Submission Disabled", so open your live link to see your own text.

Check it on a phone

Most people will open your form from Instagram on their phone. Open your live link on your phone, or use Preview in a narrow browser window, and check that the cover crop, title and button read well.

What you can't change yet

There are no themes, colours, fonts or logo settings, so every form uses Zorcha's clean white layout.

On the Free plan, your form shows a small Made with Zorcha badge at the bottom, and there's no switch to hide it. Pro, Ultimate and Business forms don't show it. If you made the form on Free and upgraded later, open its Settings tab and click Update once to remove the badge.
