Zorcha works with Facebook Pages the same way it works with Instagram accounts: each Page becomes its own workspace, and your comment-to-DM and DM automations run on it. Here is how to connect a Page and which permissions to grant.
Before you start
A Facebook Page, not a personal profile. Automations run on Page posts and Page messages.
A Facebook profile with full control of the Page. You sign in with this profile when you connect, and Facebook only offers the permissions Zorcha needs to a profile with full control. See Fix Facebook Page access for Instagram automations for where to check this on Facebook.
The Facebook Messenger option in Zorcha. It's being rolled out gradually. If you don't see it under Add New Workspace, it isn't enabled for your account yet. Message support and we'll turn it on.
Connect the Page
1. In Zorcha, click Add New Workspace. It's in the sidebar and in the workspace menu at the top.
2. On the Connect a channel screen, choose Facebook Messenger.
3. Facebook opens. Sign in with the profile that manages the Page. If you've connected Zorcha to Facebook before, Facebook asks whether to continue with your previous settings. Click Edit settings so you can pick the Page.
4. Under Choose the Pages you want Zorcha to access, select the Page and click Continue.
5. On Review Zorcha's access request, select all the permissions and click Save. Zorcha uses them to read comments on your Page, reply to them and send Messenger DMs.
6. Zorcha creates a workspace for your Page and asks What best describes you?. Pick an option and your goals, then continue.
If the profile manages several Pages, Zorcha sets up the first one and offers the others right after, so each Page gets its own workspace.
Page workspaces carry a small Facebook icon after their name, in the workspace list and in the workspace switcher, so you can tell them apart from an Instagram workspace with the same name.
What's next
Automations on a Page workspace are set up the same way as on Instagram. Start with Setting up Comment to DM, and for Messenger turn on the opening message as described in Add an opening message before your DM.
