When this warning appears
If Zorcha shows a Facebook Page access warning, the Facebook profile used to connect Zorcha may not have Full control over the Facebook Page linked to your Instagram account.
Your Instagram account can still look connected, but Meta may stop sending comment or message events to Zorcha, and some message actions may fail.
Fix the Page access first. In most cases, automations start working automatically after Meta applies the change.
Before you start
You need access to the Facebook profile that owns or fully manages the Page linked to your Instagram account.
If you do not own the Page, ask the Page owner or business admin to give your Facebook profile Full control first.
Step 1: Open Page access settings
Log in to Facebook on desktop.
Switch to the Facebook Page linked to your Instagram account.
Open Settings and privacy.
Click Settings.
Open Page setup.
Click Page access.
Step 2: Give the connecting profile Full control
Under People with Facebook access, find the Facebook profile used to connect Zorcha.
Give that profile Full access: Everything.
If Facebook shows individual controls instead, enable access for Page management, community activity or moderation, and messages.
Step 3: Wait a few minutes, then test
After Page access is fixed, wait a few minutes for Meta to apply the change.
Use a different Instagram account to test. Testing from the same connected creator account can be misleading.
For comment automations, comment on the connected creator's reel or post and wait a few seconds.
For DM automations, send a message to the connected creator account and wait a few seconds.
Step 4: Reconnect only if it still does not work
If automations still do not receive events or send messages after Page access is fixed and you have waited a few minutes:
Open Zorcha.
Go to Settings.
Open Instagram.
Reconnect the Instagram account.
In the Meta permission screen, select the correct Facebook Page and Instagram account.
Approve all requested permissions.
If the warning is still visible
Refresh Zorcha and check again. If the warning still appears after Page access is fixed, contact support with:
Your Instagram username
The Facebook Page name
A screenshot of the Page access screen
The reel, post, or message you tested
FAQ
Why does Zorcha need Facebook Page access for Instagram?
Professional Instagram accounts are connected to Facebook Pages through Meta. Zorcha needs the correct Page access so Meta can send automation events and allow message actions.
Do I need to reconnect Zorcha after changing Page access?
Usually no. Once the Facebook profile has Full control, Meta should allow webhook delivery and messaging again automatically. Reconnect only if the issue remains after waiting and testing.
Do I need to remove Zorcha from Business Integrations?
Usually no. If permissions still look wrong after Page access is fixed, remove Zorcha from Facebook Business Integrations, then connect again.
