Which plan do I need? Templates are part of Flow Builder, included from the Pro plan. If a template uses a feature that isn't on your plan, its card shows Upgrade. For example, Save comment leads to Google Sheets needs Ultimate or Business, because those plans include Google Sheets.
Can I change a template? Yes. After you pick one it's your own flow: change the messages, keywords, buttons and steps.
Do templates work on Facebook Pages? Not yet. Templates are for Instagram workspaces; Facebook Page workspaces start from a blank canvas.
