Send new form enquiries to your CRM or another service by connecting a form submission to an HTTP request in Flow Builder.
Connect your form
Choose Submits a Form as the trigger and select your published form. For the trigger settings, see Use Form Submit as a Flow Builder trigger.
Add Send HTTP Request, then follow Send an HTTP request from Flow Builder to configure and check the request.
For this flow, use the selected form's answers for the fields your receiving service needs. Account for optional questions that someone might leave blank.
When you're ready to try the complete flow, submit the selected form with non-sensitive test details. Follow the HTTP guide's receiver checks to confirm those answers reached the right record.
