Managing more than one Instagram account? A clear workspace name makes it easier to tell which account you're working on before you edit an automation.
Rename the workspace
Select the workspace you want to change.
Open Settings > General.
Click the workspace name and enter the new name.
Click outside the field to save the change. Check that the new name remains and that no error is shown.
For example, use a name such as Zorcha Store to distinguish a shop from a creator account. Renaming a workspace doesn't rename the connected Instagram profile.
Check the connected Instagram account
Look under Channels to confirm which Instagram account is connected. Check this before troubleshooting an automation that belongs to another account.

Check who you're signed in as
The account details on this page show your signed-in identity. They aren't a form for changing your login email or phone number.
To give someone else access, use Members instead of sharing your own login.
