Before you send a performance report to a brand or teammate, check when it was updated and what period the numbers cover. Insights also lets you choose whether someone outside your workspace can open the report.
Check the report before comparing numbers
Open Insights in the correct workspace. Look at the update time and any stale-data notice before drawing conclusions from a change.
Read the period shown beside each metric. Two figures may cover different periods, so don't assume every tile uses the same date range.
If the report is generating, let it finish before requesting another update. There isn't a fixed completion time to rely on. If a connection warning appears, use the permissions guide.
Share the report outside your workspace
Public sharing lets anyone with the link view the full report. Review the information first and share only what you're comfortable making accessible.
Click Share Report.
Turn on Public sharing.
Click Save and wait for the confirmation.
Copy the Public URL and open it in a signed-out browser to check what the recipient will see.
The example shows sharing switched off. Copying a URL alone doesn't enable access.
Stop sharing a report
Open Share Report, turn off Public sharing, and click Save. Check the link while signed out; the report should no longer be available.
Turning sharing off can't recall screenshots or copies someone has already made. For a report that stays stale or fails to load, send support the workspace and the error or update time you see.
