Some comments on your post weren't handled by the automation? Rerun lets you review eligible unattended comments and start the automation for them. It's worth checking that preview before changing keywords or trying again.

Open the comment automation for the specific post or reel and choose its rerun control. Rerun must be included in your workspace's plan; an upgrade prompt means it isn't currently available on that plan.

Use a specific post or reel selection. This isn't a way to replay every comment across an Any post or Next post automation.

Let the unattended-comment preview load. Ready for rerun shows the comments the current keywords can cater to, rather than promising that every comment on the post will receive a DM.

If suggested keywords appear, read them before adding them. Keep only keywords that match the offer your automation is meant to send.

Clicking Add suggested keywords changes the editor. Click Update to publish those changes before starting a rerun. Comments matching excluded keywords still need those exclusions reviewed.

For the original post and keyword setup, use Setting up Comment to DM.

When the preview and saved settings are right, click Start Rerun. This executes the automation, so check the message and destination link beforehand.

A two-hour cooldown applies between reruns. If the dialog shows a remaining wait time, let it expire instead of repeatedly trying to start another run.

Rerun doesn't guarantee delivery or bypass Instagram restrictions. The number of comments shown on Instagram can be larger than the set eligible for rerun.
