Account Safety helps you control how many comment-triggered DMs Zorcha sends from your Instagram account in one hour.
Use it when your account is receiving a high number of comments and you want Zorcha to slow down outgoing replies instead of sending every reply at once. This is useful when Instagram starts pushing back on activity from your account, or when you want a more careful sending pace during a campaign.
What Account Safety does
Account Safety adds an hourly limit for comment replies.
For example, if you set the limit to 100 comments per hour, Zorcha will process up to 100 comment-triggered DM replies in that hour. If more comments arrive after that, Zorcha queues them and sends them automatically as capacity opens up.
This does not delete comments, stop your automation, or require you to manually retry the queued replies. It simply controls the pace.
When to use it
Use Account Safety when:
A reel or post is getting more comments than usual.
You are running a launch, giveaway, ad, or viral campaign.
Instagram has started slowing down or rejecting some automated replies.
You want to reduce the chance of sudden spikes from your account.
If your account normally receives low comment volume, you may not need to change this setting.
How to set a comment limit
Open your Zorcha workspace.
Go to Settings.
Open Account Safety.
Turn on Limited.
Choose the number of comment replies Zorcha should send per hour.
Click Save limits.
The limit applies to comment-triggered DM replies for that workspace.
What happens when the limit is reached
When the hourly limit is reached, Zorcha starts queuing new comment-triggered DMs. You will see a banner in your workspace:
The banner means new comment-triggered DMs are waiting because of your Account Safety setting. Zorcha will send them automatically in the next hour as capacity opens up.
You do not need to recreate the automation or reply manually unless you want to.
What the banner buttons mean
Contact Support opens support if you want help checking your account or campaign.
Adjust Limit takes you back to Account Safety so you can change the hourly limit.
If you increase the limit, Zorcha can process more comment-triggered DMs per hour. If you lower the limit, Zorcha will send fewer replies per hour and queue the rest.
What happens after the hour resets
When hourly capacity becomes available again, Zorcha starts processing queued comments automatically.
Once the queued comments are cleared, the banner disappears. If more comments arrive and the limit is reached again, the banner can appear again.
Common questions
Will queued DMs be lost?
No. Zorcha queues them and sends them automatically when capacity is available.
Does this stop my automation?
No. Your automation stays active. Account Safety only controls how quickly comment-triggered DMs are sent.
Should I set the limit very high?
Use a limit that matches your account and campaign volume. A higher limit sends faster, but a lower limit is safer when Instagram is already slowing down replies.
What if I do not want any cap?
If your workspace supports no cap, you can turn off the limit or use the no cap option shown in your settings. If you are unsure what to choose, start with a conservative hourly limit and increase it later.
Does Account Safety apply to every DM?
This setting is for comment-triggered DMs. Other message types may have their own delivery rules or platform limits.
