When creating your first automation in Zorcha, you'll see a QR code that lets you test your automation before taking it live.

By scanning the QR code, you can experience the automation exactly as your audience would and make sure everything is working as expected.

Note: QR code testing is currently available only for users who have never taken an automation live.

Once your automation is ready, click on Go Live.

A QR code and a unique verification code will appear on your screen.

You'll be redirected to Instagram Messenger.

Send the verification code displayed on your screen to the chat.

Your automation will start, allowing you to test the complete flow just like a real user.

4. Scan the QR code using your phone.
5. You'll be redirected to Instagram Messenger.
6. Send the verification code displayed on your screen to the chat.
7. Your automation will start, allowing you to test the complete flow just like a real user.

You can repeat the process until you're satisfied with the automation.

1. Why do I need to send the verification code?

The verification code links your test session to the automation you're previewing, ensuring the correct automation is tested.

2. Does QR code testing send messages to my audience?

No. The test runs only for you, allowing you to safely verify your automation before making it live.

3. Can I test complex automation flows?

Yes. QR code testing is especially useful for testing multi-step and complex automation flows before publishing them.

4. Can I use QR code testing after I've taken an automation live?

Currently, QR code testing is only available for users who have not taken an automation live yet.
