How to Cancel Your Zorcha Plan and Switch to Free?

If you'd like to stop your paid subscription, you can switch your workspace to the Free plan directly from the Billing page.

How to Switch to the Free Plan

  1. Log in to your Zorcha dashboard.

  2. From the left-hand sidebar, click Billing.

  3. On the Billing page, scroll down to the section below Redeem Coupon.

  4. Click Switch to Free.

  5. Confirm your selection if prompted.

That's it. Your paid subscription will be canceled, and your workspace will be moved to the Free plan.

Where Can I Find the Switch to Free Option?

The Switch to Free option is available on the Billing page in the left-hand sidebar.

You can find it below the Redeem Coupon section on the right side of the page.

What Happens After Switching to the Free Plan?

When you click Switch to Free, your paid subscription is scheduled for cancellation at the end of your current billing cycle.

This means:

  • You will continue to have access to your current plan and its features until your renewal date.

  • Your subscription will not renew on the next billing date.

  • Once your current billing cycle ends, your workspace will automatically move to the Free plan.

  • No further subscription charges will be made after the current cycle ends.

  • You can upgrade to a paid plan again at any time.

Example:

If you're on the Ultimate Plan and your renewal date is 25 July, switching to the Free plan on 10 July will not immediately downgrade your account.

You will continue using the Ultimate Plan until 25 July. On that date, your subscription will not renew, and your workspace will automatically move to the Free plan.
