If you no longer want an automation to run, you can archive it. Archiving removes the automation from your Active list and stops it from triggering while keeping it saved in your workspace for future reference.
Important: Zorcha does not currently support permanently deleting automations. Automations can only be archived.
How to Archive an Automation
Go to Automations from the left-hand sidebar.
Find the automation you want to stop.
Click the three-dot menu (⋮) next to the automation.
Select Archive.
The automation will immediately stop running and move from the Active section to the Archived section.
What Happens When You Archive an Automation?
When an automation is archived:
It stops responding to new triggers.
It is removed from your Active automations list.
It is stored in the Archived section for future reference.
Historical performance data remains available.
How to Restore the Automation?

How to Restore an Automation
Go to Automations from the left-hand sidebar.

What Happens When You Restore an Automation?

It has been moved from the Archived section to the Active section.
All previously configured settings, messages, and triggers remain unchanged.
The automations don’t directly go live again and start responding to triggers after being unarchived.
You can go into automation and hit “GO LIVE” to make the automation live again.
You can also edit the automation before making it live again if required.
Can I Delete an Automation?
No. Zorcha does not currently support permanent deletion of automations.
If you no longer need an automation, archive it instead. This prevents it from running while keeping the configuration saved in your workspace.
