If you want to connect another Instagram account to Zorcha, you don’t need to log out or create a new account. Instead, Zorcha uses workspaces to manage multiple Instagram profiles seamlessly.
What Are Workspaces?
A workspace in Zorcha acts like a separate environment for each Instagram account. Each workspace is connected to one Instagram profile, along with its automations, contacts, and data.
This means:
1 workspace = 1 Instagram account
Multiple workspaces = Multiple Instagram accounts
How to Add Another Instagram Account
Follow these steps to connect a new Instagram account:
Go to your Zorcha dashboard
Look at the top-left corner where your profile/workspace name is shown
Click on the dropdown
Select “Add New Workspace”
Complete the setup and connect your new Instagram account
Once done, your new account will be added as a separate workspace.
How to Switch Between Instagram Accounts
After adding multiple workspaces, switching between accounts is simple:
Click the workspace dropdown in the top-left corner
You’ll see all your created workspaces
Select the workspace you want to enter
The dashboard will instantly switch to that Instagram account.

Each workspace operates independently (automations, contacts, forms, etc.)
You can create as many workspaces as needed
No need to log in and out repeatedly
