Find Automations Instantly by Keyword in Zorcha

Updated yesterday

Managing multiple automations can get confusing, especially when the same or similar keywords are used across different workflows. To make this easier, Zorcha now lets you search for any keyword and instantly see which automation is using it.

This helps you troubleshoot faster, avoid conflicts, and stay fully in control of your automation setup.

What Is the Keyword Search Feature?

The keyword search feature allows you to type any keyword and identify the exact automation where it is being used.

Instead of manually checking each automation, you can now:

  • Quickly locate the source automation

  • Understand where a keyword is triggering

  • Fix issues without guesswork

As in the image, all the automations for the trigger word “Guide” are listed.

Why This Feature Matters

As your account grows, you may have:

  • Multiple comment-to-DM automations

  • Several story reply automations

  • DM-to-DM user messages

  • Overlapping or repeated keywords

This can lead to confusion, like:

  • “Which automation is replying to this keyword?”

  • “Why is the wrong message being triggered?”

  • “Where is this keyword configured?”

With keyword search, you get instant clarity.

How to Use It

Using this feature is simple:

  1. Go to the Automations section in your Zorcha dashboard

  2. Locate the keyword search bar

  3. Type the keyword you want to check

  4. Instantly view the automation(s) linked to that keyword

You’ll be able to jump directly to the relevant automation and make changes if needed.

What You Can Do With It

1. Troubleshoot Faster

If a user triggers the wrong message, just search the keyword and find the exact automation responsible.

2. Avoid Keyword Conflicts

Using the same keyword in multiple automations can create unexpected behavior. This feature helps you identify and fix overlaps easily.

3. Manage Large Automation Setups

If you’re running multiple campaigns, this feature saves time by eliminating manual checks across automations.

4. Optimize Your Flows

You can refine your keyword strategy by clearly seeing how each keyword is being used across your automations.

When Should You Use This?

This feature is especially useful when:

  • You’re debugging an automation issue

  • You don’t remember where a keyword was added

  • You’re cleaning up or restructuring automations

  • You want to ensure no duplicate triggers exist

Pro Tips

  • Use unique and intentional keywords to avoid overlap

  • Regularly search and audit commonly used keywords

  • Rename automations clearly so they’re easier to identify in search results

Summary

The keyword search feature removes the guesswork from managing automations. Instead of digging through multiple workflows, you can now type a keyword and instantly find where it’s being used.

This means faster troubleshooting, cleaner setups, and more reliable automations, so you can focus on scaling your engagement without confusion.
