AI Credits power all the intelligent, AI-driven features inside Zorcha. If you're using AI replies, FAQ automation, or intent-based automations, these credits are what make it all work.
This guide explains how AI Credits work, how they are included in your plan, and how you can top them up when needed.
What Are AI Credits?
AI Credits are usage-based units that fuel Zorcha’s AI features.
Every time Zorcha uses AI to:
Generate a response
Understand user intent
Process different languages
Trigger smart automations
It consumes AI Credits.
AI Credits Included in Your Plan
Every Zorcha plan comes with a fixed number of AI Credits per billing cycle (monthly).
For example:
If you're on the GoPro plan, you may get 150K AI Credits per month
These credits:
Are automatically added at the start of each billing cycle
Are meant to be used within that month
What Happens When Your Plan Credits Run Out?
If you exhaust your included AI Credits before your billing cycle ends (for example, in 15–20 days):
Your AI automations will pause
You can top up additional credits anytime to continue using AI features
How Top-Up Credits Work
Zorcha allows you to purchase additional AI Credits separately without upgrading your plan.
Key things to understand:
You can buy as many credits as you want
These credits are not tied to a monthly cycle
They do not expire based on time
They are only consumed when used
This means:
Your purchased credits stay in your account and are used whenever needed. No expiry date.

Credit Usage Priority (Very Important)
Zorcha follows a smart credit usage system:
Plan Credits (monthly credits) are used first
Top-up Credits are used only after plan credits are exhausted
Example:
You’re on a plan with 150K monthly AI Credits
You also purchased extra credits
Month 1:
You use 150K credits in 15 days → plan credits exhausted
From day 16 onward → top-up credits start getting used
Month 2 (new billing cycle):
You again receive 150K fresh plan credits
Zorcha will:
First, use these new plan credits
Only after they finish → go back to using your remaining top-up credits
This ensures your monthly credits are always fully utilized before using your purchased ones.
How to Top Up AI Credits
You can purchase additional AI Credits directly from your dashboard in just a few clicks.
Follow these steps:
Go to Settings from the left-hand sidebar
Click on Billing
In the Plan section (where your current plan like Pro / Ultimate / Business is shown)
You’ll see an AI Credits section with a “Buy Credits” button next to it
Click on Buy Credits
Select the number of credits you want to purchase
Complete the payment
Once the payment is successful, the credits are instantly added to your account and ready to use.
Do AI Credits Expire?
Plan Credits: Reset every billing cycle (monthly)
Purchased Credits:
Do not expire based on time
Remain in your account until used
