Fix "400 Session Invalid" when connecting to Instagram

This is a known issue on the Instagram website and has been confirmed by other Instagram Partners

Unfortunately, since the issue is not related to our application, there's nothing that we can directly do about it. Several users have reported success with one of the following workarounds:

  1. Clear browser data
    Delete cookies and cache, or

    Try connecting in incognito/private browsing mode (⌘ Shift N / Ctrl Shift N)

  2. Try alternative access methods

    Use a different device (mobile instead of desktop, or vice versa)

    Switch to another browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.)

  3. Network solutions
    Connect through a different network or IP address
    Try using mobile data instead of Wi-Fi (or vice versa)

  4. Account refresh
    Log out of Instagram from all device → Close the browser/app

    Log back into Instagram → Attempt to connect again
