If your Zorcha automation is successfully sending comment replies but DMs aren't going through, you’re in the right place.

This simply means Instagram hasn’t allowed third-party tools to access your DMs yet.

Click "Message and story replies" under "How others interact with you" ​

Click "Message Requests" under "How people can reach you" ​

Enable "Allow access to messages" under "Connected tools" ​

This setting allows Zorcha to send DMs on your behalf while staying fully compliant with Instagram’s API policies.
